I have lived in this community almost 3 years, and in that time my vehicle has been broken into twice in the gated parking lot and my guest's vehicle was vandalized in the guest parking lot. There are lights, but no cameras. When the cop arrived, he said that in the last year alone more than 7 vehicles have been robbed and vandalized in the small, gated lot (maybe 30 total vehicles there). It's constant and the manager has done nothing to increase security based on the high number of break-ins.... Most residents will experience roach infestations at least once during your stay. At one point a homeless person moved into the laundry room, vandalized it, and threatened residents attempting to do laundry with violence. Food delivery, FedEx, UPS, and even US Mail have difficulty getting in and will either delay your deliveries or redirect them to the post office for you to pick up because the gates are kept closed during business hours and are key locked--none of the drivers have been provided keys. After hours, residents prop the security gates open so there isn't much point to them being there. The rent prices are low here for a reason--you are putting yourself, you belongings, and your family at risk if you consider this property. Maintenance is also terrible--it took them 9 months to fix a hole above my stove they made when they rerouted gas lines, and when my air conditioner created a dripping bubble in my ceiling the manager was angry at me because I didn't call her during office hours (when I wasn't aware it had happened). The bubble in my ceiling is still there and it has been almost two months since I was promised a ceiling fix and professional carpet cleaning.
