Park Place Apartments

I had the ventilation tested and 11 percent goes into the attic. Also had a blower door test done and 1 is sealed and 10 is leaky. My apartment scored 24. They said they never plan to upgrade windows. Saw a possum on my neighbor's porch last night. Ceiling looks like a wave from all the leaks. Luckily only year lease.

I been living here for over 15 years and i dont plan on leaving. This place is great from managment to maintenance! Had the same manager for over 5years she great and caring person does what she needs to do (speaking on my experience) helps out so much and goes above and beyond! Managment is great and also maintenance has done a great job fixing and repairing things no complaints. Community is very quiet neighbors are friendly and were close to everything that is needed thru out my day to day... like savemart is walking distance next door to us. I personally have no negitive to say. But just in case they do go by rules here and if you can't follow the rules then don't live here plain and simple. I love the rules we go by here it keeps us in a calm, quiet and safe community and thats one of the reasons why i also stay. I love how managment is caring with us the elderly, not just the elderly with everyone but they have shown there dedication to making life here wonderful. This place is nice, quiet, family oriented. I like that we're next to a dog park Which is nice for the walks I take with our family dog, my family is happy with this place and the apartment is really big for the price and were next to the major freeways which makes it easy to go to work. My wife and kids are home and I feel comfortable leaving them while I go to work it's really safe and the gates around the place is very convenient. Never had an issue with anything getting fixed by maintenance... always shows up when they say he's going to be there and management is nice and professional, they keep up the place clean and it's always so quiet which helps. When I first came on to the property I was frustrated already, looking for a place that is perfect for your family is hard work. I meet with the manager and she was so nice and welcoming! The apt wasn't ready but gave a trusted date and I was able to view the unit I was actually moving in and it was beautiful and large for the price! The complex was so nice and a it even had a pool which was a plus for my kids. The manager was so sweet she made everything so much better after the day I was... having and she even seen me after she was already closed. The price of the apt was so affordable I couldn't pass it up. The apt it self was go beautiful and BIG! I meet a few people who live there and they said they were happy to call This place home and that's exactly what I'm looking for. Don't rent from this place unless you want to be charged for EVERY SINGLE THING that they replace ,clean and paint in order to remodel the apartment after you rented from them for 4 years!!! My total charges are over $3000! And I have heard from other people that lived there the same happened to them ??????
