Horrible place to live - all around!

Want a place where the management will take the time to cuss at you and your guest for no apparent reason, but yet never fixing your emergency apartment unit problems? This complex comes with year long maintenance requests from all the units with the guaranteed continuous response of,”we don’t know when, since we don’t have a schedule plan because we can’t figure things out”?- Then this is the place for you!- roach infested and plenty of water bugs to keep you company! Best of all, little to no… office hours with no phone line to call when services needed!- includes a broken and dangerous playground made of kitty litter for your kids! This is a STEAL of a place to live - it’s known for burglaries and no sense of security! Call now as Phone service is limited because owner chooses to not pay the phone bill to keep the lines open!

Roach infestation, new/bad owner

Actually looking at apartments to move from here. There is a whole wing infested with roaches and the owner won't do anything about it. We've had a petition signed to tent but won't do anything about it. Maintenance is slow and the manger is never in the office and voicemail is always full with no reply
