LOVE LIVING HERE
I've been living here 2 years and just renewed for another year. Love the in unit washer and dryer. Comes with modern refrigerator and microwave. Leasing office is so helpful and friendly. Rarely had to submit a maintenance ticket, but when I did it was fixed the next day. Love the assigned parking and has plenty of guest parking. Has package room. Love the fact that the tour is guided. The units on the 1st floor have tall ceilings. Has luxury amenities. Highly recommend.

The complex is... (Verified Renter)
The complex is close to downtown Fullerton and anything that we need nearby. The amenities are a huge plus for us - we love that we can have birthday parties and host hangouts with friends here with no problems.

The area and walk ability of everything is great. The apartments are nice and quiet even though we're close to downtown.

This building had comparable pricing and much nicer features than anything else we looked at. The building is safe and clean. I never feel uncomfortable parking in the parking structure, being home alone, or using the facilities by myself.
