Good team!
I've been living City Pointe since May 2015. Since this apartment locates in the heart of Downtown Fullerton, there are so many good restaurants and buisinesses. I also like our management team. They are quick responder and have good communication with residents. Maintenance team is available most of the time so they can give us quick repair for the unit. Property is kept nice and clean always. Negative thing of this property is around apartment gets little sketchy at night. You may hear... crazy/drunk college kids screaming at night.
