Used to be a good place to live
This place used to be a nice complex to live in but things have changed. The management is rude and no one is no longer on site. The red pool cushions are ripping and are stained. There are cockroaches in the halls. Until management shifts back, don’t move in.

Wanted to out!
We had roaches and moths the entire time we were there. They tried to fix the problem but kept blaming us for it. The parking situation is horrible. Unless you have an assigned parking spot, good luck finding parking on the street. The hall ways smell like cigarettes and the smell goes into the rooms. We lived on the second floor and the neighbors who lived above us were so loud. It sounded like they were throwing things on the floor and someone running back and fourth. Not a good experience.... Glad to be leaving!

greatful
My apartment has been part of the building decision to add washer and dryer to the floor above me. caused me to loose the use of my washer and dryer and my apartment for 2 weeks initially i was very upset. especially because i work grave yard shift. to accommodate me for the incovience they offerred me a suite in within the unit away from the building noise completely setup to make me feel like i was at home with a washer dryer in the unit. second a 20$ gift card to pay for my previuos laundry... inconvience because i lost the use of minds to allow me to wash my clothes within haver hill apartment laundry facilities.
I was so grateful for there consideration.
Thanks again

Pet-Friendly, Large Rooms, Great Common Areas
Haver Hill is a great apartment complex for students, since it is close to Cal State Fullerton, and also a great place for families. It is right across from a shopping center and close to major freeways. It's a pet-friendly apartment, with many green areas and walk ways to enjoy. There is a gym and pool open from 8 am to 10 pm every day. Unlike a lot of other apartments, Haver Hill has a large pool with comfortable pool chairs and barbecues. The bedrooms are very large with plenty of space for a... king sized bed and furniture. While the living room and bedrooms are spacious, the kitchen is tight. There is not much room to move around in the small kitchen, but there is ample cabinet space. There is sometimes noise pollution from the main street Yorba Linda, but overall the pros heavily outweigh the cons.

Haver Hill - Fullerton, CA
This place is safe, secure, cute, well landscaped, and fun. It is walking distance to stores, coffee, food, and fun. The maintenance and office staff are quick and helpful. I moved into an apartment that had fleas in the carpet but they handled the problem within a few hours with no hassle (such a relief when moving is so stressful in itself). Maintenance handles work orders in the same day! The pool is great. The gym is small but it's all you need! My one complaint is there is really no parking... for guests overnight (but some of that is the city of Fullerton's fault - you can't park between 2am and 5am on the streets). There are a lot of college kids here, but it is never too loud, rowdy, or dirty. Haver Hill is a great place to live!
