Do not move here
They have no visitor parking, guest can park in the neighboring residential area however they will often put up their garbage cans and cones, so your guest will still have difficulty finding parking. They have a tow truck that often scouts the parking lot so you can't have your guest park in your spot or not put your sticker up or management will approve of your car being towed even if they know you own it. They raise rent constantly, and expect you to share cost of electricity, so if you're... not home much you will pay more than you use. They also have a roach infestation. You can find a cleaner area for the same price, and possibly less if you consider the rate you get at move in would be increasing within few months anyways.
