Great for dog lovers!
The La Ramada Apartment complex is a gated community very close to Cal State Fullerton (great for students). Also, this is one of the few communities that allows dogs. There is ample space for your pet to run around and there is also plenty of grass! As for the apartment units, they are very clean. They can occasionally get warmer during the summer months but you just need to turn on your AC unit and you're good to go. The location is very convenient and close to Downtown Fullerton and Brea... .
The only downside is there isn't a lot of parking for visitors. So, if you plan on having guests, they may have to park at the apartment complex next door or down the street.

La Ramada
It is a good and quaint neighborhood. It was better when we first moved in because the previous renters were not students, now there are a lot of students and they can be rowdy.
Pros: Small community, competitive rent, dog friendly, close to CSUF
Cons: Visitor parking, getting in and out of the complex
