Pepperwood Apartments

There is always a reason they turn off the water without notice, repair take forever, rent keeps getting higher and higher with no improvement done to the grounds. Or apartments. This is crazy good thing am leaving soon school will be done and the apartment manager have this plastic privately all over there place what about the rest of us. We pay for rent I even asked and no response. The another mangers never had that on their gate and stairs. And can't even get one without attitude.

Takes forever for repairs, it's so noisy near the pool, I work 4am. And they have movie nights outside on the grass. And it goes on until 11pm. My car was broken into 3 times so far and I sew homeless people inside the gate because the gate is keep open or they cut the gate.
