    Stay Away Shady Rental Practices

    They will upcharge your rent by 8-10% every year. And when the renewal period comes up they will have the same apartment you are renting for 8-10% cheaper than what they will be offering you. They also do not honor renewal matching saying that the prices or for new renters and are "specials." I called as a new renter and was told the opposite saying that those were the prices by year and not a special. Shady way too shady. Good area, relatively quiet. There is a roach problem and there is mold… in the bathrooms. Unfortunately will be here for one more year. Cannot wait until I leave.
