There is a lovely, grassy garden with trees, ample parking, garages, and the neighbors are decent folk. It's on a side street near shopping and bus routes. It's within walking distance of Smart & Final, 99C store, Dollar Tree, and Office Depot as well as many nice restaurants, as it is in the Fullerton College... District. The area is green, magnolia trees line the street. There are gates at front and back. People have cats. Fullerton is a great little city within driving distance of Newport, Huntington and Laguna Beaches. College students are welcome, and you can take a bus right to Fullerton State College. If you are on a low income, you can find a great food bank nearby with gourmet foods and great desserts. There is a nice theater near the college that shows prime Broadway plays (Fullerton has a great drama department) and the AMC theater is not that far away. If you need advocacy there are good social services in Orange County, all you have to do is dial 2-1-1 to find out what is available.
