Serrento California

Horrible management, Everything is always broken when they do fix they do a horrible job. your car gets towed if you don’t have the sticker it’s about $500. Cockroaches everywhere. If you live downstairs you can hear everything upstairs even when they turn on the light switch. Manager will treat you poorly.

I stayed at the Serrento Apartments for 4 years and I was sad that I had to leave (graduated from Cal State Fullerton) Kristina the property manager is AMAZING! She is so sweet, and helpful. The maintenance staff is great as well, and whenever I needed anything fixed in my unit it was done within 24 hours. Parking was the only thing I would complain about, but that's everywhere in Fullerton.

I would not recommend this property to anyone. First of all the front office is incredibly disorganized and unprofessional. They never return phone calls and take days (even weeks) to respond to pressing maintenance requests (like nails sticking out of the lifted carpet, busted garbage disposals, clogged drains, broken smoke alarms). There is no central AC, parking is never available, and they have a major bug problem (crickets, roaches, ants).
