Replace Manager
The cost and amenities that this apartment provides are nice the manager on the other hand is not. She has no upkeep in managing the condition of the apartments. The porch ceilings are falling apart and she has yet to fix them but went ahead and had the following pieces removed. There is still a large hole the ceiling to this day. When she does anytime of maintenance she fails to inform anyone. This results in the power getting shut off with no warning and extremely loud and disturbing... construction sounds with once again no warning. These apartments could be amazing if they would hire a manager who cares.
