Emergency Maintenance Non-Responsive
After moving all day, we have three remaining items (couch, mattress & dresser), at 3:30 A.M. the elevator got stuck on the 5th floor. This is the only elevator for the property. Explained the urgency of our situation to the maintenance call center. That was two hours ago. Have called maintence center twice. Was told they don’t know to whom they are contacting/outsourcing maintence - emergency or otherwise - and that the call center notifies Ventana’s on-site maintence and that it’s up to... Ventana’s on-site maintence to decide when to handle or answer a maintence request. If their maintence people are “on-site, then why do residents have to contact a maintence call center for emergency maintence requests? Why can’t they reach the on-site maintence person directly? Guess we’ll wait until on-site maintence wakes up, has their coffee, breakfast & decides to check for any maintence requests. Terrible emergency maintence procedures. TWO THUMBS DOWN!
