Manager(s) Who Overreact and Exert Substandard Management for Tenants
The previous one-star review concerning "Old apartment. Rude Manager. Stay away." (in fact, there are two managers here: a man and his wife) proves monumentally accurate and reflects analogous objections of other renters, involving those who already left due to no longer tolerating inessential, petty calls generated by what was spotted on camera each time, in the recent past. Out of such minimal issues that become predictably, and unnecessarily, overstretched into larger context, newer... strictures apply at that very juncture: oddly enough, apartment dwellers aren't allowed to talk over phone nor ride their bicycles within the premises, yet these rules are not stringently enforced since several individuals oftentimes activate their phone speaker or utilize their scooter/bicycle while arriving at their respective apartment unit regardless. When it pertains to tenants requesting indoor repairs, managerial attention is prolonged, but whenever it entails on-camera observations (and as the other reviewer noted, the manager(s) preferably devote that time and energy to minor concerns that they like to expand out of proportion), a response via call is swift. Steer clear of this place, where regulations are either loosely enforced or hyperbolized by two practitioners of partiality and incompetence, and seek a less problematic environment that does not over-encroach your privacy/daily activities as you enter and exit the dwelling each time.

Old apartment. Rude Manager. Stay away.
This place is very old and rundown inside. The manager doesn't like to fix anything because they rather save money than keeping things up to building code. I reported that my CO2 and fire detector is expired but she still hasn't replaced it for months. I've been living here for more than 5 years and almost every month, the manager would call and say things like she's been watching the camera and saw that I didn't throw the recycle in the recycle bin. She assumed that a cardboard should always... go into recycle but she doesn't see that it has food inside from her camera, thus it shouldn't go into recycle. She has way too much time on her hands worrying about non-essentials stuff.
