manager
I honestly don't even know how a review hasn't been written about this place yet but the manager is very stingy and often tries to make me pay for repairs. A light went out about 6 months ago and I haven't been able to repair it myself because the light cover is caulked to the ceiling and she refused to have it repaired. On top of that the apartments are very small, old, they get way too hot, and the air conditioning unit that comes with place barely cools the room and is way too loud. The... audacity the woman has to charge what she does for such a crappy place. So, in short, DO NOT rent here unless you have no other alternatives.
