Here are some "flaws" of this apartment.
1. Front gate is always closed so if you order Amazon package, expect a call from the delivery person asking to open the gate.
2. No outgoing mail box so if you have outgoing mail, you'll have to go to USPS yourself.
3. For kids, there's pretty much nowhere within the apartment to play. No loud noises in the patio.
4. Say you forgot to bring your key when you were going out so you locked yourself out. Manager cannot (or should not according to... management) help you so you'll have to call the locksmith.
5. Play quietly when playing in the pool.

Some good stuffs.
