Tolerable but could be better
I live in a one bedroom, one bath apartment for $950 a month. Although management just recently to raise our rent and the rent of the other tenants because of our "high water consumption." There are 10 apartments in the building and it's technically 3 stories tall - ground level is the garage floor and the top two levels have the apartments.
When I moved in, the apartment looked nice and spacious but the kitchen drawers often fall apart, the painted over restroom mold is now beginning to show,... and the refrigerator leaks every now and then.
The building is normally very tranquil and is probably more quiet than the surrounding apartments.
It is a descent apartment, that if it was managed better, I might be comfortable living there.
