DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PROPERTY
I called so that I could tour a one bedroom unit that they had available and the property manager wanted to make sure that I was qualified before being able to tour. I told him that I didn’t feel comfortable giving him my information on the phone and would rather fill that out on an application after I see the unit. He again denied my touring there and then I have up.
I figured there was something fishy about this so after doing some research this manager violated fair housing law. No property... manager can deny you from seeing a floor plan based on class or credit. I have an entire year to file a lawsuit against him but I just took it as a sign that I should not be living there.
DO NOT RENT HERE.
