Cheap quality
The current state of the complex has sadly downgraded in the last couple years. The laundry machines have been broken and unfixed for 6 months now, I personally have lost out on $20-$30 paying for dryer machines that don’t dry my clothes 2/3 of the time. There was recently a severe hike in cost of rent, yet they can’t afford to give us anything that works. The pool in the photo is exaggerated, it’s basically a hot tub that doesn’t heat up. The doors to apartments aren’t perfectly sealed, so... whenever they power wash the walkways, we get a nice black stain on our apartment floor from all the dirt and water flooding in. Five years ago this place was fine, heck three years ago there wasn’t anything wrong with the place, but I suspect recent changes in management are to blame.
