Cool Vintage Building in the Heart of IV

I've lived at Capri IV for the past year and honestly had a great experience. The location is hard to beat—it's super close to UCSB, the beach, and all the restaurants and shops in Isla Vista. I also liked that the apartments are furnished, so moving in was easy.

The management team has always been friendly and quick to respond whenever I had questions or maintenance requests. The community feels safe with the gated entry, and the monthly resident events were a fun way to meet people.

If... you're looking for student housing that's close to everything and has a chill beach-town vibe, I'd definitely recommend Capri IV.
