Chadron Terrace Garden Apartments

I’m here living with my family and I must say I find the place to be peaceful, clean and quit modernize. It has the beauty one may seek to find in a luxury apartment. I love my home and has no plans to relocate anytime soon. So if you are looking for a nice place to call home give this beautiful apartment a visit. Happy Tenants for almost 2 Yrs.

The property manager here is absolutely terrible. He is not a people person and he is extremely unresponsive. When he does respond, he has a major attitude issue. Overall, my experience for a year here wasn’t completely terrible, I just think you can find and experience better with your money somewhere else.

Worst apt I have lived in. The building isn’t sound proof, no security at all, home invasions and car break ins occur frequently. The landlord Ian on responsive and they raised the rent by 20% after the first year. They do not maintain the common areas and they have no control of the tenants behavior. They also talk a longgg time to repair anything.

I’ve lived here for a year. The owner is not responsible and he could care any less for his tenants. Cars are routinely being broken in, I heard there was a shooting in the garage. The owner is slow to make repairs but is increasing the rent. DO NOT MOVE HERE!
