Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including balconies and the rooftop, and any smoking violation will result in $250 fine, in addition $50 fine for each cigarette butt or cigarette package found in the property. Parties or events of any kind are not allowed, and noise complaints or unruly behavior may result, at the Host’s discretion, in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund. Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM, and excessive noise is not permitted at any time. Pets are not allowed. A charge of $75 per day will be applied for each unauthorized guest, $50 per day for each unauthorized pet, $100 per hour for unauthorized late check-out, and $50 per hour for unauthorized parking.
