Poor management/Noisy Community

I moved here seven months ago, and the management was okay at the time. However, there are cats freely living in the building. I spoke with management, and they said they would take care of it, but it seems like the staff is actually feeding them, and now they’re all around the pool area.

Management suddenly changed without notice, and I’m having issues with my upstairs neighbors being noisy all the time. Police was called for them couple of weeks ago because they fight all the time. The... manager doesn’t do anything about it.

Easy move in. Understaffed so sometimes a delay in response or follow up. But everyone is nice and helpful. Viri is amazing. The apartments are clean, quiet, and safe.

There were some issues with signing the lease on the website, but Viri the leasing agent was super helpful and make sure I moved in as anticipated. Other than that, so far so good. I am enjoying the community and my apartment.

spacious and updated units with awesome views in select apartments. right next to BART station so very convenient for those who rely on public transportation. Management and Maintenace team consist of really awesome & kind people!

VERY DOG FRIENDLY WHICH IS AMAZING! :)

Only complaint is i'm not a fan of the park behind the building being public. provides access to some sketchy characters sometimes

My residential experience has not been the most pleasant. The swimming pool feels extremely small and seems more suitable for kids than for adults. The carpets in the hallways are filthy, particularly the rugs near the elevators, which are often broken. When taking the stairs, there's a strong odor of urine, making the experience even worse. The exit to Cadence Park also smells terrible due to residents allowing their pets to relieve themselves in areas not designated for that purpose.
