Management refused to do anything about the problems that occur that is their fault. It’s a gated community but gate never works so my mail, house, and car are constantly broken into and all my valuables stolen, but somehow it’s my fault. Do not move here.

Bedford Plaza Apartments in Hayward is a decent place to live, especially for the rate of rent. What I like most about bedford plaza, is that the outside of complex is kept clean and residents are currently getting new patio fences. Also, the location is ideal, especially if you do not have a car. There are several stores and bus stops within walking distance. The only thing that needs an upgrade is the laundry room. Management could do a better job to ensure the washers and dryers are cleaned... regularly.

It has a two room bedroom one bath patio kitchens and two closets.We have no back yard no swimming pool.We also have car port.
