Horrible all around
I want to begin with the most important takeaway: if you’re thinking of renting here, DO NOT.
My partner and I lived at this apartment complex from November 24, 2024, to January 24, 2026. This was the WORST decision we could've made for various reasons. First off, the office staff really does not care to resolve your issues and has been blaming everything on the ‘change of management’ for the past five months, but their lack of responsibility was evident from the very beginning.
We still have... yet to receive our deposit back, and we moved out on January 24th. It is March 10th, and they have done nothing on their end to update us. They rarely answer their phones and do not care to follow up.
Packages from the mailroom are constantly being stolen. You can go in, and there are notes on the walls calling out the people who are stealing. There was an individual living in the staircase for about a month, and they did nothing about it. The storage rooms are being broken into.
The garage door is constantly broken. Trash in the parking structure is overflowing. We informed and reported to the office that there was an individual peeking into the cars and that our car recorded it. They called us back two weeks later and said that they had an incident where the chargers on the first floor were cut off and stolen. One of our neighbor's cars got broken into after this was reported. The storage rooms, which we thankfully did not have one, got broken into.
We’ve been working with Jaylen for the past two years; the soonest she has responded to an email was three business days. I was impressed because it’s usually 10 business days. Ingrid, the new manager, has not gotten back to us about our security deposit, which was supposed to be provided to us over a month ago. They didn’t send it to the address that we provided TWICE; they sent it to the Lincoln Landing apartment that we had just moved out of.
My partner had to go in person to get an update, and that update was that Ingrid started working on it while he was there and that she would update us. It’s been over a week now, and no update.
Now I’m over here having to figure out how to get OUR money back.
