Overall, Lincoln Landing charges premium prices while consistently failing to deliver a premium living experience. From poor communication and lack of accountability to inconsistent maintenance, excessive and unclear fees, and unresolved safety and cleanliness concerns, the value simply does not match the cost. The property advertises luxury living, but my experience has been one of repeated disappointment, poor management, and a lack of transparency.

I have been here over 3 years and I cannot stress enough how much you do not want to move here. Everything is dirty and broken. From the elevators, to the package room to the storage units, stolen packages, homeless setting fires, garages, predatory towing, amenities and unresponsive staff. There is no reason to charge us this much in rent, utilities and 'valet' trash for items to ALWAYS be broken. Rarely ever communication from staff

Lincoln Landing offers a convenient location, modern apartment features, and spacious floor plans. I appreciate the potential of the community and hope continued improvements with communication, maintenance, cleanliness, and security will make the resident experience even better.
