Too many issues
Too many things are changing at this complex and not for the good. I was just informed that the maintenance people will supply you light bulbs but won’t put them in. So if I brake a fixture I’m sure they will have me pay for it. They say their hours are from 8am - 5pm that’s a lie they don’t answer until 10am - 4pm if you call after hours it’s supposed to transfer you to the emergency line, yeah right that does happen it says this number is unlisted. So if I have an emergency I have to wait... until 10am m- f. The management has changed quite a few times. You never know who’s working in the office. They want you to have a parking permit or they will tow your car. It wasn’t an issue before by the way if you have 2 cars and 1 adult in the house they don’t want to give you another permit, they say it should be 2 adults in the house. That doesn’t make sense! Not too happy with this place.
