Extremely unreliable, unresponsive and unsupportive. They will not give you what rightfully belongs to you because they operate to line their pockets and do not care about their tenants and their tenants needs.

I am a current resident at Sunset Pointe. I love my apartment. I love the Manager Brody. He is the best. My kids love him. He better not ever leave lol

You will regret it. The apartment itself is pretty nice and the landscaping is always nice, but the grounds get over run with trash and dog poop because the tenants don’t care. The pool is never heated, the spa never works and of course the tenants who invite their family of 12 take over the entire pool and seating area so the tenants can never enjoy it. Babies with no swim diapers, it’s just gross. Most of the tenants are decent, but there are a handful of trashy ones that ruin it for everyone... and the office does nothing about it. Loud music, fights, drug activity. It takes along time to get maintenance issues fixed and they are always poorly done.

I've been living in this apartment for several years. I first lived in a 2 bedroom in the rear of the complex. Throughout the 2 years we lived in the back, we had a few unsavory neighbors, and the parking was a problem, but those are problems in most places. The apartment was a decent size, and very clean. The restrooms are a bit strange though. There arent cabinets under the sink, so there's no storage in the restrooms. Overall we liked the building enough to have moved to the front of the... complex, into a bigger apartment. There is grass all throughout our complex, and bushes protecting the downstairs windows. The gardeners come weekly. The handymen walk the complex daily and pick up trash that has blown in overnight. If there's anything broken or needs attention, the handymen are on it right away. These men are amazing and kind. The office ladies are a different story. First of all there has been several women that have worked the office, but none seem to be qualified. Which worries me when we go drop the rent off. But overall it's a nice place. It's clean, and mostly quiet.

Weer haven't been here long but my fiance and I absolutely love it. Remodeled and super clean when we moved in and management is super helpful. We just wish the fitness center wss still there. They empied the room and left the sign up so it's misleading but we still love this place.
