Do not move here
If you are thinking about moving into this building, I strongly advise you not to.
The amenities advertised such as the rooftop terraces and front garden are trashed and severely neglected. The 24 hour security is non-existent. Your hot water will be turned off without warning every other week (if not every week). In the last year that I've lived in this building, there have been over ten break-ins by non-residents.
The management company will gaslight you when confronted and does not care... about the well-being or safety of it's tenants. In my 10 years as a renter, I've never felt so unsafe and neglected.
Do not move here.
