Huntington Gardens Apartments

So I stayed at the Huntington Gardens Apartments for a year my rent went up a hundred which is insane for rent increase after only one year there was tons of mold inside my apartment when I keep getting sick I stayed at my parents house got better and went home and got sick again. Moral of the story rent somewhere else

Avoid this place. Roaches from day one and on-site "management" will not help and say you are the cause. "Property manager" made threats of retaliation for complaining, only to follow through on those threats with lies on official documents.

If you want to avoid roaches and terrible "management," avoid this place at all costs.

It's very rare to find an apartment these days that do not charge pet rent. Most places want anywhere from $25-45 per pet per month! Talk about a rip off! Huntington Gardens does not charge any pet rent, and I am so thankful for that. The maintenance staff is always very friendly, and handles requests in a timely manner. There is a basketball court, 3 swimming pools, and many washers & dryers throughout the complex. I've been living here for about 6 years now, and can't imagine living anywhere... else. Read More
