I rented in 2020 and 2025. Both times I NEVER had any problems at all. Kim snd Joe made very easy process to rent. They spray constantly for bugs, NEVER had any type of bugs. I lived very comfortable both times. I would definitely RENT again if I need to. Moved out due to helping out someone with their rent. Both times I got my whole deposit back. I do plan to rent again from them in the future.

The layout is spacious with great natural light. What sets this place apart is the maintenance team—whenever I've submitted a request, it’s resolved within 24 hours. The location is perfect for walking to shops and it's right near the bus line. The building is quiet, and the walls are thick, so I rarely hear my neighbors. Highly recommend!

I loved living here, I’m so sad to leave because very nice and friendly people. The landlord is an amazing woman! I highly recommend moving here, the 1 bedroom apartments are very spacious and nice! Very close to stores and walking distance to a church, schools ect!!

It has been a lovely and functional unit for my family of 3 . Ideal location near various well-known stores. Convenient to pay rent, request maintenance or contact landlord/manager. I have appreciated the amazing routine care upheld in unit pest control services, presenting a clean community laundry room, and outdoor landscaping.

Make certain, after they show you the SHOWROOM, you ask to view the actual unit you will be renting. Very important.
