Don’t bother having guests
As it says, don’t even bother having guests over. They say they “have guest parking” but it is quite literally 5 guest spaces for all 120 or so of the units. Not only that, but management refuses to respond to questions about where a guest should park when all of the guest spots are unsurprisingly full. If a guest does park in an undesignated guest area, the management will instantly put a huge “tow” detail sticker on the car that is practically impossible to remove all of the residue. Good luck... when you then do get towed. If the guest makes it past all of that, tell them to not even stay in the “guest suite”. They can find an actual hotel with full accommodations for a fraction of that management is charging per night here. It is all just poor consideration for everything when it comes to your “guests”.
