Management is always ready to help. Those working in the office are willing to go the extra mile to accommodate our needs. They offer plenty of events for the community through out the year.

Cozy, clean, quiet building with nice neighbors throughout community. Management responds quickly to requests. If we ever have after hours emergency maintenence, we call the number and they respond immediately. Love the fact we can put in requests or concerns via email and office responds within 24 hours. Office is always open and personnel are friendly. Ameneties are great and kept clean. It is worth the wait.

Worst place for living! At least the units surrounding the play ground! All you hear is kids playing and they are really loud and the stairway doors are so annoying 24/7. The office is closed most of the days and if you have an emergency situation there is a number you have to call but it can take days for them to take action. Not worth living!

Management is quick to respond to all maintenance requests, peaceful residence and indoor gym with basic amenities and some weights. Asides from its cleanliness, its location is prime. It's in the midpoint of Jamboree, a central road in Irvine that takes you to a range of Orange County hot spots: University of California Irvine, Corona Del Mar, Newport Beach and Tustin.
