    Superficial Management

    Great front office staff - that's why they get the good reviews. But behind the curtain: Garbage trails 50 feet long or more stay there for months and the last years worth can bee seen through poor clean up attempts, filthy stairwell I use every day has not been cleaned in the 18 months I have lived there. They promised they were renovating the bike storage room when I moved in - Still not done. Irvine is a clean city. Inside the walls of Kelvin Court - Not so much.
