As a current renter

DONT RENT HERE. The management and the maintenance staff don’t fulfill maintenance requests, there are cockroaches in the apartments, there’s black mold by the windows, and the apartment is falling apart at the seams because it was so poorly built. Save your time and ridiculous amount of money and never move here

Serious black mold

Serious black mold spreading quickly near all windows. Inappropriate charges upon moving out.

Worst Irvine Company complex

A negligent staff and manager that leaves the place a mess, parking is a nightmare and the rats coming from the trail are awful and disgusting. I have never rented at a community and been so let down. Having stayed in 3 seperate Irvine Co. I can say this is by far the worst team/complex that I have ever rented from.

Horrible residence services office, nothing ever gets done... after 3 days of constant complaining they finally sent out a letter regarding all the noise

location location location

I think this Irvine property is clean, with all the nice stuff...pools...jacuzzi's...work out room...appliances...washer n dryer in apt...and a garage! But the best part is that it is in the middle of Orange County CA. I am 1 hr away from LA...San Diego...Palm Springs...and mountains!
