Decent apartments at reasonable price

Tour and the leasing experience was amazing. Very helpful staff, especially Jasmine !
Apartment and community is pretty decent. Quail hill pkwy and surrounding area is very quiet.

Great place to rise your kids

My apartment community is amazing!!! With a nice well equipped playground just in the middle of the complex, a good size garage that fits lots of things, our car, bikes even our camping gear! Walking distance to a nice commercial plaza with restaurants that will fit every one in the family (pizza, indian food, thai food, just to mention a few) we had tried all of them, I can't decide which one is my favorite, there is also a grocery store and gas station. The floor plan is great; walk in closets... , two full baths, washer and dryer included, both bedrooms are in opposite sides, which means my husband can snore as loud as he wants and our kids will not complain about it :0). The bike trial that runs around the city is just steps away, and a dog park is located inside the community as well. And last but not least the school my kids attend is also walking distance, I moved here basically because of the school's reputation, I did to knew that this community was this well developed.
