Errand-busting locations like Walmart Supercenter, Valley Food, La Fiesta Market, and Quickeroo are only blocks away, making that last-minute trip to get that final ingredient truly achievable by that final minute. Maintenance is a joke and roaches year-round.

Air conditioning went out in mid August and their "after hours emergency" phone line never failed to go straight to voice mail.
So we got 100* weather to deal with until they decide what is an emergency.

This place has been great to us

This is our home. My babies were born and come home to this apartment at Golden Meadows. The front staff is amazing! They are prompt and helpful when it comes to fixing anything. They treat us like family. My husband and our four children moved into our first apartment here in 2010. A two bedroom for our family of four. When I got pregnant with my daughter, the office staff came to me and asked if we were looking to upgrade. They sought us out, they asked us if we need something better and… bigger to accommodate our family. We moved into our 3 bedroom apartment in 2011. Our family is so happy here. My kids school is within walking distance and there are parks near by as well as the play structure inside the apartment complex. We love where we live. This is our home
