The main living space boasts vaulted ceilings, two large couches (including a sleeper sofa), a freestanding gas stove, and a streaming-ready TV. The updated kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and dining for up to 8 (6 at the table + 2 at the island).

Take in the outdoors with two decks—one offering full sun and the other with a dining area, patio heater, and a gas grill. After a day on the slopes, relax in the private hot tub and soak under the stars.

Tenant Pays: Natural gas and electricity ( directly to service provider), Snow removal service (owner arranges; tenant reimburses pro-rated seasonal cost), Pet fee- if applicable (dogs considered with approval)

Security Deposit: Equal to one month’s rent, Balance of ski lease term must be paid in advance
