Nice place to live, but not smoke free

Me, my husband, and two our two children have lived here for a year-and-a-half and have found it to be a very quiet and friendly community. There are loads of children out playing all day and the pool is constantly played in during the summer months. The laundry facilities have recently had some issues, but the new owners and management have really worked hard to address multiple issues. We have never had bug or pest problems inside our home nor on our balcony and there are no feral cats… prowling either. Maintenance requests are completed timely and communication is quick. The only negative thing I can report is that although it is advertised on this website as "smoke free," it is not. Our neighbors are constantly smoking which prevents us from opening our windows and front door due to the risk of second-hand smoke. I know management has addressed this both times, but the residents continue to not adhere to the rules.

New managment !!

Just want to give a huge kudos to new manager she is awesome!!!

Been living here for over 4 years now and see big difference between old and new management she is on top of everything very helpful always with a great smile on her face !!

not a good place to live

For the past 1 yr I had to buy my own fumigator for cockroaches my unit got infasted with them spend hundred of dlls ... the noise is tremendous from the upstairs unit you can even hear when they are intimate that is so disturbing these apartments are so old they are not taken care of well our stove is so old .. the new managment is so bad she dosent even know what to do when you asker a question the laundry room hardly has no open washers dryers half of the time dont work .. just looking for… another place .

Not recommended

Today 8/21/17 we got a notice via a letter on our front screen door that my unit will be fumigated tomorrow 8/22/17 8am. Such an inconvenience for my family and I. Asked the manager when we're we suppose to get the heads on this. Short answer.. since last week. We did not get any type of notice till today and I wouldn't be surprised if other families didn't get it as well. This was the icing on the cake and made our decision faster to move out. Plumbing and a/c don't get attended to in a timely… manner. Communication is very poor with the new management. We miss the management before this one. Anyways not recommending this place to anyone I know. Neighbors are cool though. Tenant 2015-2017

worst place i ever lived @

I think this is a nice place kingsburg,but these apt arent so good.The apartments are so old..u can here when a neighbor turns on there water..drags a chair across there floor..even when the tv is on..the maitenance is solw i had to call twice so they can come n fix something ..plus theres cockaroaches ..n i had to buy my own roach killers because they dont do much about it...i would not recommend this place to any of my friends or family.
