When you come across these apartments, they look wonderful! Gorgeous lush plants, clean environment, nice pool. Outside, there is a sign that claims they are luxury. I decided to take a tour because a friend lives here and they said it was an okay place to live, not great, but okay. I took a tour of 2 apartments and in both, I noticed hair under paint, as in, they don't really clean before painting and if there are strands of hair, they don't bother removing them before painting. Also, they have… popcorn ceilings, how's that luxury? The water flow is ridiculously weak. Look at walls, corners, doors, they've all been Mickey Moused to look decent. There are bumps on the walls where they have patched holes but did not bother sanding down before painting. CHECK the details, guys. The caulking in the bathrooms and kitchen is horrible! It is not worth to pay this much money per month when they claim to be luxury and everything is half-done. Also, what luxury apartments have carpet in the living room? That's old school and NOT luxury. Also, the office has nice double paned windows, so you visit and it's a wonderful little office, perfectly fixed to deceive you into thinking they're high-quality apartments; I noticed that the rest of the apartments on the front do not have double pane windows, the noise level must be horrible for them. If you claim to be luxury, you need to up your standards. I've convinced my friend that they're being jipped by these people. Also, it's not wheelchair friendly/accessible...
