Let’s start here…ROACH INFESTED! If you like creepy Crawley little critters this place is the place for you. Also if you hate security gates and would like the drug addicts from the park to constantly be traveling through the complex you might want to live here. Don’t forget minimum parking. Make sure you have a parking permit because you will get ticketed if you park on the street and as visitor parking if you park there you get towed. If your visitors are staying for longer than a day they... might get their car towed as well. The manager acts like his job is inconvenient to him and he also has very poor communication. He is the manager that goes by the motto do as I say, not what I do. Basically his family can make up their own rules, but everyone else in the apartment must strictly follow the rules of the apartment. It does have laundry facilities but there are not many and if you plan on doing your laundry at home think again you would really need to go to laundromat. There has been a bottle full of urine on the grass that has not been touched in six months. The laundry facilities are not kept up either. I’ve lived here for a long time and it used to be a really enjoyable place to live but as the managers attitude has changed this place has changed as well.
