Maintenance could use a lot of work as far as quality of work and communication with a resident. As far as rules and regulations of the complex, we have had difficulty with parking even though we pay for a pass and finding non-residence parking in permitted parking spaces. There have been residence parking in visitor parking so that they do not have to pay for parking and security and our management does not Take that as a priority as it is unfair to those who actually pay their permitted... parking pass.

Great service! I really liked the duo team service because they worked quickly and efficiently in less than 15 mins. They repaired four plumbing items easily without having to do everything by himself. I was very happy the maintenance service was completed in excellent manner and they left in fifteen minutes. other than the issues I mentioned I think Valentia is a nice community to live. Management staff Rick is very helpful, he very good front liner to the community. The maintenance staff are nice too.
