As for location, we’re perfectly situated between La Jolla Village and the charming Birdrock neighborhood and within easy walking, biking and of course, driving distance to both. Situated in a tranquil, pedestrian cul-de-sac just west of La Jolla Blvd., stroll the 1 1/4 blocks to Windansea beach in about 3 minutes or to any number of great neighborhood cafes and restaurants. Pacific Beach is just a 10-minute drive, La Jolla Shores about the same, Downtown San Diego and the Airport, about 20 minutes and so on. To the north, UCSD, Scripps Institute of Oceanography, Torrey Pines Golf Course, Delmar, and the shopping mecca of UTC – all a quick drive away.
