What This House Offers
The Summerhouse is a very nice, updated and extremely private home at the end of a cul de sac.
It's somewhat like being in Hawaii with big palms, giant Birds of... Paradise and greenery all around. Very private.
There is a grass volleyball court adjacent to the house which can be made available.
It's a very short and flat walk to La Jolla Shores Beach and also to many resturants and lounges.
We are just down the hill from UCSD, Scripps Memorial and Veterns with a stop across the street for the #30.
This is a fully furnished vacation rental.
It is available from now through early June and will be available again in mid August for a ten month rental.
