Property is very nice, apartments are up to date on appliances,
very modern, staff is very friendly and helpful.

DO NOT LIVE HERE

There is a very bad bed bug and cockroach problem. The management will not do anything about it. A few of us renters have brought it to their attention and they do not think its an issue. They will enter your property with no specific reason. The floors and ceiling leak when it rains and they will not do anything about out. Do not live here.

My Studio

My studio is located in the heart of beautiful La Mesa California. A studio 1 bath 520 sq ft. with a balcony overlooking the La Mesa downtown. It's a nice place and a great neighborhood. Across is a park to take my dog walking. The only problem is, I am near the freeway & I can hear the freeway noise. It will be great to find a 1 bed/bath with dogs allowed and reasonable rent. Own parking is a must.

My Studio

My studio is in the heart of La Mesa California. A 520 square feet, 1/bath. An overlooking great view of La Mesa on 2nd floor. I'ts very close to the freeway 8 & easy access to all grocery stores. The only downfall is, its close to
the freeway and I can hear the freeway noise. But overall i'ts a great nice little studio and my small dog likes it too. My neighbors are quiet at times & all seems to be nice. I have been here 3 years now. I am looking for a 1 bed/bath with dogs allowed in a… reasonable price. Right now, I am out in my balcony writing this in a gorgeous weather! Ahhh, living in Southern California is the best!!
