The moment I met the managers,Deena and Barbara, I knew that I would be well taken care of. I've lived at the Villa for a year and am well pleased with the complex. Neighbors are nice and respectful. I enjoy the residential area as opposed to where I originally lived for 18 years, North Park. But the deciding factor was definitely the on-site managers, Deena and Barbara. very dedicated and sweet. Thanks gals!??

Quite, clean, and great management!
I moved here about a year and half ago. As a work from home employee its important for me to live in a quite neighborhood. The property is by far the quietest complex I have ever lived in. At night the male assistant manager checks the parking lot, my assigned spot is never taken by someone else and I never have to worry about coming home with no where to park. This was a huge issue at my last complex and its nice to have the assigned and resident parking so well managed. I pay a fair price... especially for San Diego. The recent upgrades were a little nuisance as far as noise goes but it has been worth now living in a nicer more updated place!
