Villa Morocco

Have writing in lease/contract on no smoking and here there's still smoking on premises. Signs posted but still certain tenants ignore them. Therefore us nonsmokers are either getting sick or moving out. Would be nice to have fresh air everyday you wake up.

Horrible management, this place is literally falling apart and so many empty apartments. Maintenance is very lazy with remodeling and upkeep and a majority of the washers and dryers are broken. This place is going downhill fast.

Zero stars because the manager didn’t do her job.
The washer and dryer machines are always broken but she increased the price????.
The pool is always dirty but she always increases the rent.
Not suitable for living????.

This place has cheap affordable rent but at price. Property management is very poor and really just does the bare minimum. I’ve been here for a while and noticed people moving out and empty apartments have stayed empty for a long time but not remodeled. Maintenance is bad. Just quick patch jobs. No communication between management and tenants even when water is being shut off. Super inconvenient and very inconsiderate of the manager.

This place has horrible management. It’s very hard to come in contact with the property manager and/or get maintenance to fix something. They give you a date, never show up and then don’t reach out to reschedule. Parking can be hard to find and the recent remodeling is very poorly done. Rent fluctuates and never stays the same. In the past year or so it has gone up and down twice. It a nice “in the meantime” place but a lot of people are moving out.
