Nightmare, potential renters beware!!
I lived in the Brookside apartments many years. There is no exhaust fan above the stove so you have to get used to a hot apartment smelling like last nights dinner. Walls are paper thin, you literally hear your neighbor snoring. Shower/bath drain pipe was backed up regularly due to roots growing through them which allows the bugs to crawl up the drain and in to your bathtub, so gross. Last but not least, they will keep a large portion of your deposit for "cleaning" when moving out.
