The management is rude and they don’t care to take care of any repair requests. When my family and I first moved in they mentioned, after we signed the lease that they have plumbing issues. And that they did! I’ve seen my ceiling bubble up from an overhead pipe leak and have seen my neighbors carport ceiling leak! They also always put papers on the doors for laundromat repairs or holidays which is very often and also very wasteful. Our apartment was in good condition or so we thought but we... managed to always find something wrong, they hire cheap contractors that I believe is the landlords husbands business? The apartments are pretty poor condition. When we first moved in there was lots of dirt and we even found that they just painted over a bug. The Management switches out, landlord or apartment property managers ever so often they make random changes such as not allowing pets, then allowing pets And the upper management is pretty rude. Not the people that live on the premises but the management company. Overall, these apartments are not worth the price unless you’re desperate.

The management company that runs this place called La abri is pretty crappy. They are rude everytime you call. They will take your money gladly but take forever to fix anything. When I moved it there was so many issues. My advice STAY AWAY

The apartment I live in is nice and quiet cozy upstairs no one lives downstairs for me because it is a parking port it does have a pool you can have pets I have a two bedroom apartment that is well-maintained and maintenance is always there when you need anything fixed. You get two parking spaces which a lot of apartments don't offer.
